I led content design and copywriting for Princess Cruises' Dining & Drinks experience, crafting a content hierarchy, strategy, the information architecture. The finished project is a comprehensive page that empowers guests to understand the breadth of Princess’ dining and drink offerings, plus a revamp of FAQ questions and links to individual pages for every restaurant and bar offered.

This project began with conducting extensive research, including the creation of two surveys sent to more than 3,000 cruisers, five stakeholder interviews covering over 80 questions, and an in-depth current and competitive landscape analysis.
